General Policy:

Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products.

A free return shipping label is included in the package. Use this label to return the product by post.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

Late or Missing Refunds:
